The functionality enabling the creation of diverse matrices for assessment and testing is implemented into this module.


An assessment matrix is represented by assessment prescripts, in other words the list of specific assessment criteria is defined in order and with a defined answer key. A point value is then attributed to them. The training assessment can be used to assess the trainees, the instructor or the course itself. The result is always represented by a summary according to the assessment criteria given to the assessed subject.This can be used practically, for example for the purposes of the aforementioned trainee assessment matrix. The assessor shall assess every trainee according to the defined assessment matrix and each trainee receives a certain number of points. The effectiveness of the training courses can be assessed according to the number of points awarded to the trainees.


Test matrices are lists of questions in a defined order. Each question has a determined correct answer and method of assessing (analysing) the answer. The result of a test is the sum of points representing a verified knowledge of the person tested.Assessment matrices and tests can be used in the ‘selection procedure’ module to evaluate applicants in individual rounds of the selection process.
