Progress of a selection procedure

a) Opening of a selection procedure (SP)

Opening of a selection procedure is done on a basis of a system requirement according to organizational structure or on a basis of manual entry by an HR employee for specific jobs.

Applicant requirements and job information and conditions are entered.


Parameters of the SP are set – commencement date, termination date, number of rounds, administrative HR department workers and selection committee members.

Requirements for internal and external resources, advertisement and SP publication conditions are defined.

b) Progress of a selection procedure round

The number of rounds is defined for an SP and the maximum number of applicants proceeding to the next round. Proceeding applicants from the last round are suitable applicants for the job.

The commencement and termination date is defined for each round.


An integral guide facilitates the planning of individual interviews and collective tests.


SP participants are invited by an HR employee for interviews (tests). All communication with the applicants is registered in the system.
