Solution for companies with subsidiaries

The attendance system of our company provides a solution for the attendance system in companies with multiple subsidiaries. You can choose from the following:

• Option A – the subsidiaries share a data connection – the user does not require individual subsidiaries to work with the DOCHÁZKA software. Attendance terminals which are supplied communicate through TCP/IP and are connected directly to the central part of the company as within a local network.
• Option B – the subsidiaries share data connection – application DOCHÁZKA with the SLUŽBA module are installed at individual subsidiaries; these applications access the central database directly – under the condition that the line capacity is minimally 128Kb. This option gives maximal comfort and a clear overview of the attendance of employees. Everything works as a single installation within one computer network.
• Option C-  the subsidiaries share a data connection and the user owns a full version of the MS SQL 2000 server – the DOCHÁZKA application with the SLUŽBA module are installed in individual subsidiaries and the attendance system database is replicated on the level of the MS SQL Server. Database replication can be fully automatic and can be set daily or according to the needs of the user. Only changes in data are transmitted. Although this option gives maximal comfort and a clear overview of the attendance of employees, its administration is more demanding. In case our company administers the replication, we require a distant access to the attendance server.
• Option D – the subsidiaries do not share data connection with the central company. The DOCHÁZKA application with the SLUŽBA module are installed in individual subsidiaries and everything operates autonomously. For the purposes of data export into the wage system, the export is performed within individual subsidiaries and only the resulting data file is sent to the central company.
• Option E – the subsidiaries do not share data connection with the central company, but all have Internet access. In this case the E-MAIL module can be used – it sends the passages of individual employees to a specific e-mail box. This mailbox is read by the central company automatically and the data is then registered into the central database. This option enables arrivals and departures of individual employees in subsidiaries to be monitored. However, no changes entered by a user into the attendance for a subsidiary can be transmitted (doctor’s appointment, holiday, etc). For the purposes of data export into the wage system, the export is performed within individual subsidiaries and only the resulting data file is sent to the central company.
