Job applicants

The software registers all applicants for selection procedures including history. Both the period during which the data is preserved and the date the applicant’s data is discarded (deleted) can be determined.

The following information can be monitored:


  • basic data of the applicant
  • education
  • skills
  • electronic documents
  • jobs (professions) for which he/she is currently applying  or applied for in the past
  • participation in selection procedures, individual rounds and assessment results
  • interview and testing plans
  • a complete telephone, e-mail and other communication


Basic data of the applicant can be entered manually or automatically (with approval option) from an internet browser.
