Capacity planning

The Capacity planning module substitutes the complicated shift planning for non-stop and multiple shift workings. Once for all you dispose of the double entry of shifts in the attendance system and in for example Excel.

With the help of the clearly arranged module Capacity planning, you can plan shifts for employees (morning, afternoon and night) and planned absence (holidays, business trips, etc.). Planned capacities are displayed clearly and graphically.

The module also enables the printing of planned shifts for individual employees, centres or for the whole company. Comparison of the planned and actual attendance of employees is offered as standard.

The module enables the planning of shifts for employees within other centres as well. For a given period, an employee can be ”borrowed“ by another centre where his/her shifts are planned. All is displayed in clear graphics. The system can be used by a company with a number of subsidiaries.
