Introduction

The HUMAN RESOURCES software can be distributed to the customer in two alternative versions:

• for customers already using our PAYROLL application. The HUMAN RESOURCES software can form a part of the wage management system. In that case the application works within a common database with the wage management system.
• for customers not using the PAYROLL application or explicitly wishing not to integrate HUMAN RESOURCES into the application. In this case HUMAN RESOURCES can be installed and used as a completely independent application.

The HUMAN RESOURCES software includes several modules (‘selection procedures’, ‘protective equipment’, ‘business trips’, etc.) and it is up to the customer to choose which modules he/she wishes to use. Individual modules are described in separate articles.
